COVID-19 Faqs

Flight Faqs:

Many of our travel partners continue to review and update their policies. You may be able to cancel your upcoming flight with no penalty and receive a full refund or a credit with the airline that can be redeemed for future travel.

If you wish to cancel, please locate your itinerary number from your confirmation email.

If your flight is showing a change or cancel penalty, please consider checking back at a later time as many of our travel partners continue to review and update their policies.

Checking back will help ensure that the most recent updates apply to your travel plans. You may also check the website of the airline directly for any updates to their policies.

Hotel Faqs:

Many of our travel partners continue to review and update their policies. Check your email confirmation you received to see if your reservation qualifies for free cancellation. If it doesn’t, you can still cancel, but standard cancellation policies will apply.

Vacation Packages:

We are working with our travel partners to continue to review and update travel policies for your vacation package in light of the possible impacts of COVID-19.

If you wish to cancel your vacation package, you can see your current options and how to cancel by contacting customer service. The contact details are located within your reservation confirmation email.

Car Rentals:

  • If you wish to cancel, please review your reservation confirmation email and follow the instructions to cancel.
